Define & Strategize: Scope of Work (SOW)   Once engaged, we dive deep into the technical and logistical needs to provide foundation for the project. We create a detailed Scope of Work (SOW),  Investment Guide, and project timeline.   From this, decisions are with the full picture in mind. For transition projects, this is where we begin inventory management and organizational strategies.

Conceptualize & Finalize: Design Presentation   We take the Scope of Work and Investment Guide and develop a comprehensive design. This includes layouts, drawings, and material selections.   You receive options for efficient, confident decision-making. We present, revise based on your feedback, and your approvals before moving to implementation.
